At the Rheine Apprenticeship Fair Ausbildungsmesse 2026, our booth was buzzing from start to finish. 

Over both days, we welcomed a steady stream of curious, motivated young talents eager to explore what PROGNOST Systems is all about - our technology, our mindset, and especially our career opportunities.

And the highlight?
They weren’t chasing giveaways - they were chasing their future. 

We also loved the warm, familiar atmosphere throughout the event. Students, parents, and fellow exhibitors greeted us like old friends - a true sign of the strong connection we’ve built in the region. 

A special shoutout to our apprentices Viola, Dominik, and Alexander 
They took full ownership of our presence across both days - organizing, setting up, engaging in deep conversations, and confidently stepping into their roles as PROGNOST ambassadors. 

For two of them, it was their first time representing the company like this - and they absolutely delivered.

The result speaks volumes:
Around 20 highly interested students expressed serious intent to join us — without needing any incentives. That’s genuine interest, and it’s exactly what we’re looking for.

Our takeaway after two days in Rheine:
If all those who said they’ll apply actually do… we’re about to get very busy. And we couldn’t be more excited about it.
