Are there special employee benefits?

What does “health at work” mean here?
All office workstations include modern office chairs and height‑adjustable desks
Allowing employees to switch comfortably between sitting and standing.
Are preventive medical check‑ups supported?
Whenever the role requires it, all necessary examinations - including required vaccinations - are provided
Employees may also take advantage of additional health offerings such as AOK Health Days, flu vaccinations, eye examinations, and more.
How many vacation days are available?
Each employee has 29 days of holiday at his or her free disposal
The 30th vacation day is already planned for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Does PROGNOST provide workwear?
Yes, where work clothing is required, we will of course provide it
At the office workplaces no work clothes are necessary, but here we offer the employees to order polo shirts or embroidered shirts for the work.
Is there a company canteen?
There is no traditional canteen, but a modern, cozy kitchen is available
Equipped with microwaves and an oven for heating up meals. Additionally, several nearby food options can be used.
Are there company sports?
While “company sports” may be a broad term, sporting activities among colleagues are encouraged
A table soccer and table tennis table are available for breaks or after work. Employees also regularly take part in local events such as the AOK run in Rheine or various triathlons and marathons, often supported with team jerseys.
Is bike leasing available?
Yes. Through a cooperation with BusinessBike
Employees can lease a bicycle for commuting or private use.
