How long does it take for me to receive a response to my application?
We always try to give you a confirmation of receipt as soon as possible, depending on how we were contacted (e-mail or post) you will receive a confirmation within a few days. The further confirmations depend then on the responsible departments.
What happens in the interview, who am I talking to?
If possible, the interviews always begin with your future supervisor, as well as another person who is individually determined. It is not only important to us to get to know the applicant, but also that the applicant gets to know us.
What happens in the first weeks?
On the day you start with us, your new computer is ready for you and you will be assigned a person who will provide you with all the help you need on the first few days and will familiarize you with your new workplace in the best possible way. Furthermore, we offer an extensive induction plan to get to know the whole company. Depending on the department, this may take the form of personal talks or small presentations. Furthermore, you will receive a guideline that provides you with answers to the daily questions of everyday working life.
Office or home office?
At our company headquarters in Rheine, bright, friendly and air-conditioned workplaces with height-adjustable desks await you. Depending on the department, these desks are occupied by 2 to a maximum of 4 people. On the subject of home offices, the answer depends on the area of responsibility; if the area of responsibility allows it, a home office is of course possible. Many employees perform some of their tasks temporarily or permanently from the home office. Our IT infrastructure is ready to perform these tasks optimally.
Can working hours at PROGNOST Systems be planned flexibly?
Each employee defines his or her weekly working hours with his or her line manager. In addition, a working time account is provided to offer every employee as much flexibility as possible.
Are there career opportunities at PROGNOST Systems?

What about continuing education at PROGNOST Systems?
We promote in-house further training as well as in-service further training.
