The PROGNOST® Cloud Dashboard provides machinery health information over a computer network without the need for a local installation of the User Interface PROGNOST®-NT VISU. It is available with PROGNOST®-NT Version 21.This service uses standardized Application Program Interfaces (API), protocols, and file formats.Individual solutions are possible. For example provision of analysis results for detailed analyses and trend compilation executed by the customer or implementation as an on-premise solution.

PROGNOST® technologies provide both, analyses and diagnostics of machinery health. Analysis results are based on threshold violations and give a clear indication of components that are prone to fail or machines that have a lower performance than expected. Diagnoses are based on the combination of several analysis results and are provided as clear text messages naming the failure pattern, the affected component and the probability of failure.
Automated diagnoses do not require a deep understanding of signals, analyses procedures or operating conditions of the machine. Diagnostic results are easy to understand and a reliable information to make decisions upon.

…want to run data analyses by themselves

In contrast to diagnostic messages, Cloud Services also allow to provide condensed sensor signal data and analysis results for further analyses executed by the machine operators, i.e. data analysts. PROGNOST provides these datasets in a cloud database that can be accessed via REST API or GraphQL.
