System Maintenance

Spare Parts Logistics and System Maintenance PROGNOST Systems ensures timely replacement of any component built in individual customer systems should they fail. PROGNOST Systems can also promptly replace parts, such as the monitoring unit or electrical devices (e.g., barriers).

• Remote access and support during spare part replacement
• System inspection conducted by PROGNOST Systems personnel, including measuring loop check and data storage

Hardware Service

System hardware requires regular monitoring and maintenance. Regular checks are recommended or, where appropriate, are prescribed as a Proof Test Interval according to IEC 61511. You may also occasionally need components replaced. We keep all standard components in stock, making it possible for us to respond quickly and restore normal operation promptly.

Modular Service Agreement

To provide a package of services tailored to your needs, we have developed a modular Service Agreement. It covers all of the options, allowing you to choose the service you need, when you need it. This customized approach is the best way for you to plan for contingencies and assure an ample return on your investment.
