Each year, the PROGNOST Customer Support team answers hundreds of operator questions to accelerate decision-making processes in machinery monitoring. Along the way, we gain knowledge about everyday challenges our clients face, machinery issues, solutions, and special requests from customers. Each year, all these experiences are transformed into a new, full-version of the PROGNOST® software. Make sure that you are always up-to-date with the latest PROGNOST® Software Upgrade - and include this annual service in your Service Agreement.

  • PROGNOST® users receive Software Upgrades at least once per year (full version) for all PROGNOST® modules that are installed and licensed
  • Software improvements affect signal analyses, system stability, software usability, and more
  • New customer-initiated analyses are also part of new software versions
  • Every new version includes our unique Failure Pattern Database which comes with new patterns, created from other PROGNOST® users around the world
