PROGNOST®-NT Process Data Analyses

Today, continuous interaction of process control systems and monitoring systems is essential for centralized machine monitoring and efficient data management. PROGNOST® fulfills this requirement by the use of standard interfaces and bi-directional communication of both systems.

This plot shows a process variable (load step lift regulation) as a red line and the resulting vibration RMS values in a 3D diagram.

The Process Data Analyses module of PROGNOST®-NT establishes a direct communication between the DCS and the PROGNOST® system. For example, if operating conditions of he compressor are changed by the DCS, e.g. speed of revolutions, stage pressures etc., these changes will be synchronized with PROGNOST®-NT to avoid false warnings.
