This module is designed to support a predictive maintenance strategy with an efficient tool for planning and tracking maintenance activities along with realtime component lifetimes.

Component Tracking is a PROGNOST®-NT module, tailor-made for maintenance personnel of reciprocating machinery. In a single view, users receive all information required for an efficient maintenance strategy: running time of individual components (based on the real machine run time, not on installation date) and a timeline, reflecting all future planned and executed maintenance activities. Furthermore, the expected dates for replacement of wear parts can be configured.
