PROGNOST®-NT Base Unit

This is the core of every PROGNOST®-NT system. It analyses, compiles and stores all data that are processed in PROGNOST®-NT. It has a damage pattern database for automatic generation of diagnostic messages, classifying any failures that are developing. An integrated log book facilitates an overview of all events and messages that are detected by the system.

All acquired sensor data is used synchronously, both for SIL-certified machine protection and Asset Performance Management. Using a variety of signal analyses, PROGNOST® Asset Performance Management provides unique, intelligent diagnoses of actual failure patterns. These patterns are synchronized with an integrated experience-based diagnostic database allowing transmission of diagnostic text messages containing detailed information (damage class, damage probability) concerning the damage detected.
