If you would like to take advantage of PROGNOST systems diagnosis specialists' complete know-how, consult our regular machinery health status reports. We offer a periodic review of all parameters of your PROGNOST® monitored machines and supply the diagnosis results in comprehensive format.
PROGNOST Systems create a status report over a defined period of time with an analysis of the events that occurred within that time frame. Limits and threshold values that were attained or violated are discussed. Furthermore, available online signals and pV-diagrams are evaluated, even if there is no direct connection to the exceeded warning thresholds. The status report highlights the relevant signals and changes in status, and describes the possible causes, effects, and status deviations as well as long-term developments.
Our specialists analyze the data produced by the PROGNOST® system and evaluate the condition of the machine. Possible requirements for the adjustment of operational states and/or warning thresholds are inspected.
Option 1: Regular status report - monthly
As described above, but with reports produced on a monthly basis, based on the beginning of the contract. In addition to the periodic reports, you receive a CD every year with the archived reports from the past year.
Option 2: Regular status report - quarterly
As described above, but with reports produced every three months, based on the beginning of the contract.
Option 3: Regular status report - bi-annual
As described above, but with reports produced every six months, based on the beginning of the contract.
Option 4: Regular status report - annual
As described above, but with reports delivered every twelve months, based on the beginning of the contract.
Option 5: Status report upon request
We analyze the data produced by the PROGNOST® system and evaluate the condition of the machine and the PROGNOST® sensors using the online signals and trends. The length of the analysis period is eight weeks. In the case of a machine overhaul, the status report is produced over four weeks before machine stop and four weeks after machine start.
