You get support Monday to Friday from 8a.m. to 6p.m. CET within one hour of your telephone request by qualified personnel:
a) for the operation and use of the PROGNOST® system and
b) for the interpretation of the data collected by the PROGNOST® system

Option 2: Telephone hotline service "24/7"

"Round the clock" service – when time is of the essence. The services are like above but can be requested 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
