Instrumentation Seminar PROGNOST®-NT
In the "Instrumentation Seminar PROGNOST®-NT" the participants will be instructed in:
- Basic knowledge of reciprocating machines
- Basic in application VISU program
- Early warnings vs. safety alarms
- Hardware and software architecture
- Early failure module & safety protection module
- Signal plausibility check
- Trouble shooting
- Software backup
The seminar is for Instrumentation personal to improve maintenance, repair and overhaul skills for the PROGNOST®-NT system. In particular it will differ between the condition monitoring part and the machine protection part (e.g. within the PROGNOST® SILver rack).
This seminar can be provided on-site or in the PROGNOST local office. We recommend to perform it on-site with an "online connection" to the installed PROGNOST®-NT system and the possibility to visit the cabinet where the monitoring system is installed. A computer with the installed VISU software and a network connection to the system is recommended for the on-site seminar. Other equipment like flip chart or white board can be helpful. Questions during the training are welcome.
In our office the seminar will be performed on a simulated system likewise the set-up on-site.
A seminar schedule with the detailed content and duration is depending on the delivered equipment and will be sent to the operator before the actual seminar. By experiences the seminar will take app. 1 day.
